Having previously carried out extensive training and assessments for you at a very reputable Drain Wizard where you were very vocal and full of energy, always dreaming of this venture. You know when you need a tradesperson that is a problem solver, well Chris is perfect for the job. Having had problems with outside drainage for many years we finally have a solution in place that solves that. Chris is reliable, knowledgeable and extremely hard working. Delighted with all the works and would definitely recommend to others.

The response to our request was very quick. Chris mapped our system so we know exactly where our drains run. A few days later he returned as planned and added a connection for a new wc. All the work was professionally completed as quoted. We were very impressed.

Rang Chris who was very helpful on the phone and was clear up front with his pricing and he was able to come out the same evening which was perfect. Chris arrived on time and sorted our problem straight away - he had all the equipment on his van and was very impressed seeing all the way through our drains with his camera. He went above and beyond with showing me where we could have potential problems in the future and pointed out where in our garden things were located underground. Would highly recommend Chris, his prices are very fair and he does not add on "extras". Will certainly use Chris again for any drainage issues.

Chris, the owner of Mallet Drainage was so efficient, from time of posting to him clearing my Drains was 2 hours! That included a full survey of my drains with a camera; a clean; a blockage cleared as well as some broken concrete pipe cleared & a further clean (outside & inside my house (he even took his boots off) & a third final rinse. I could not recommend him higher enough!

We cannot recommend him enough, he was quick to respond, polite, understanding and carried out the job until it was complete.
